The Diamondback chemical cutter delivers reliable results while cutting tubing without damaging adjacent tubing or casing strings. Unlike cuts made by explosive type cutters, our system does not leave flared ends, debris, or create swelling at the cutting line.

Diamondback Industries Baker Style Setting Tools are machined 100% in house. This enables us to monitor material specs and to put every part through our complete inspection process. We use U.S. made steel on every machined part. We have an inspection process that closely checks all machined dimensions and metallurgy test on all materials used. All threads meet or exceed API standards and are gauged out with precision ground gauges during production. All tools are stroked using pneumatics to ensure proper travel. Power Charges and Igniters
Diamondback Power Charges are designed with the customer foremost in mind. The energetic compound is housed in a fiberboard tube. This reduces heat away from the firing head. It also allows the remaining post burn residue to be easily flushed with water, therefore decreasing redress time and allowing for easy cleanup.
Our power charges are manufactured in a temperature/humidity controlled environment, thus helping achieve accurate burn rate with consistent shear times. With over 700,000 power charges successfully used in the field, Diamondback has established itself as the industry standard.
